Booties with ruffles knitting description. More booties with ruffles, very detailed description

Size: up to 5 months. Yarn: wool mixture - 50 gr. and for finishing - acrylic, double needles, and for finishing - hook No. 2.5.

How to knit.
We cast on 33 loops on the knitting needles.

We knit the first row of the sole only with knit stitches.

In each even row from the 2nd to the 8th we add 4 loops. Add a new loop by yarn over. Add one loop at the beginning and end of the row, and two in the middle. In the purl row we knit the yarn over with a twisted loop so that there are no holes.
In the second row we knit 1 edge loop, yarn over, and cast on 15 knits. loops, then yarn over, cast on 1 knit, yarn over, knit 15 knits, yarn over again, finish row 1 with edge stitch.
We cast on odd rows from 3 to 9 with garter stitch.
We knit rows 4, 6 and 8 the same way, the only difference is in the number of added loops: edge, knit (in the 6th we cast on 2 knits; in the 8th - 3 loops), make a yarn over, 15 knits, yarn over again, 3 knits (in In the 6th row we cast on 5, and in the 8th row – 7), then yarn over, knit 15, yarn over again, cast on 1 knit. (6th row – 2 loops, 8th row – 3), edge stitch.
Thus, a total of 49 loops are cast on the knitting needles. The sole of one bootie is ready.

Next, divide the cast-on loops into 2 side and middle parts. (15-18-16) including the edges, we knit the sides with knit stitches, and the middle with a 2x2 elastic band (starting with 2 knits and ending with 2 knits).
The first row is an edge row, knit 14, 18 stitches are cast on with a 2x2 elastic band, then knit 15. and close the row of edging.
From the second row, we knit all even rows like this: the beginning and end of the edge, 15 knits, 18 loops we knit with a 2x2 elastic band (we finish 2 purl), 14 knits.

We repeat these rows (1 and 2) 5 more times (and so on for a total of 12 rows).

Next we knit the nose of the bootie. Starting from the 13th row, we make decreases on the middle 18 loops: we start with 1 edge loop, cast on 14 knits, then knit 2 knits together. 2 p. (each loop 4 times), knit 2 knits, cast on 15 knits. and finish row 1 with edge.
When decreasing, knit the loops without twisting.
In the 14th row we knit 1 edge, cast on 15 knits, and after 5 purl. alternately with 4 persons, then 14 persons. and 1 edge.

15 – edge stitch, knit 14, knit knit 1 together. and 1 purl. - 5 times (loop from the elastic band and loop from the side), 14 knits.
Instead of an elastic band, there are five knit stitches left on the knitting needle.
16th row - at the beginning and at the end of the row, 1 edge and 14 front rows, in the middle 5 purl. loops
Row 17 – cast on the edge, knit 14, knit 2 knits. together, 1st person, 2nd person again. together, knit 14, finish row 1 edge.

There should be 33 loops left on the knitting needles (including the edge stitches).
18-20 - garter stitch.
From the 21st row we knit 12 rows of 1x1 elastic.
Close the loops, break the thread, leaving about 25 cm for stitching.
Now let's get to the ruffles.
Row No. 1 - We tie the edge of the sole with single crochet tables (the loops will be visually visible there).
Row No. 2 – knit a single crochet, cast on 3 chain stitches to the end of the row, 2 tbsp. without a crochet, at the end a single crochet.

The result is such a headband - ruffle
In the same way, we separate the elastic from the shoe - the first row is single crochet.
Row 2 – 1 double crochet, skip 2 loops, then knit 5 double crochets into one loop, make an air loop between the stitches, skip two loops.
In the 3rd row we tie the frill with single crochets (between the double crochets there are 2 single crochets).

I called them “Sunny” because at the moment I only had yellow yarn that was suitable. You can have them in any color. The main thing is that the yarn is soft, because hard and prickly booties will cause discomfort to the baby even through the onesies. Try applying the threads to your cheek first. If it’s soft and pleasant, that means it’s what you need! I used 50% mohair. The thread is of medium thickness, soft and silky to the touch.
Now what we need:
1. Knitting needles No. 2. This is my choice because I wanted to make the booties tighter. If you want them to be looser. take No. 2.5.
2. Hook. Think for yourself here. If you are not yet professional in crocheting, then your knitting will be tight, so for you - hook No. 1.5 - 2. For those who are confident in their crocheting and do not tighten loops due to inexperience, No. 1 is enough (I used a hook 0.9 ). We will crochet the sole and place the most important accent - ruffles on the elastic band.
3. Satin ribbon - 20 cm is enough because it does not stretch, as usual, through the ankle, but only serves as a decorative element. Our booties will fit tightly on the leg anyway.

We start knitting from the sole.
Let's put 38 loops on the knitting needles and knit 10 rows with stockinette stitch (knit rows - knit stitches, purl rows - purl loops). At the same time, starting from the 3rd row, we add 5 loops evenly in each front row. After 10 rows we should have 58 loops on our knitting needles.
This extension is a rounding for the heel.

We knit two rows of garter stitch (knit stitches on the face and back) and continue knitting with the following pattern:
in all front rows we will cross every two loops to the left. Remove the first loop, without knitting, onto an additional needle (thread at work). Knit the second one, and then the first one removed. However, I never use additional needles, but simply drop the stitches from the needles when crossing.
That is, on the front side we will get solid braids.
We knit the wrong side with purl loops.
There are 10 rows of the braid pattern in total (or 5 crossings on the front side).

After knitting 10 rows of braids, make two rows in garter stitch (on the face and back - knit).

So, we knitted 10 rows of sole with increase, 10 rows of braids and two rows of garter stitch. Now we have something like this:

Now we cut the thread (you can, of course, take another ball, but I personally don’t like it when I wrap myself in threads), leaving a tail of about 10 - 12 cm and start knitting the rise.
We have 58 loops on our knitting needles. We distribute them as follows:

We will knit the riser on the middle 12 loops.
Slip the first 23 stitches onto a knitting needle.

and knit like this:
1 r (face): 1 p. remove as an edge, 1 knit, cross the loops 4 times to the left (you get four of our “braids”), 1 knit, 2 knit together (i.e. we are in the 12th loop of the middle part in each we knit the row together with the sidewall loop)
Rotate knitting
2 p (wrong side): remove 1 p as an edge stitch, 1 knit stitch, 8 purl stitches, 1 knit stitch, two knit stitches together (12 loop + side loop)
We continue until there are 13 loops left on each side.
Now we have 13 + 12 + 13 = 38 loops on our knitting needles

Cut the thread (also with a tail). transplant the remaining 13 loops. Now we have 38 loops again on one needle.
We start knitting as usual, from beginning to end.
To avoid any knots (after all, we have two tails left), knit these tails together with the main thread, 4 - 5 loops, no more (this will not be noticeable at all later).
So, after the rise, there are again two rows of garter stitch and 26 rows of 1 x 1 rib.
We close the loops, leaving a piece of thread for sewing. We are trying to close it more loosely, because we will still be crocheting it.

Now they need to be sewn. We start from the wrong side, because when we make the lapel, it will be the face.
We sew along the wrong side to the approximate size of the lapel, turn it inside out and sew to the end along the front side.

We tie the edge of the sole with single crochets (the loops will be visually visible there).
Second row - 4 chain stitches in every second stitch of the first row.

Finishing touch.
1. Tie the edge of the elastic again with single crochets.
2. Let’s make “checks” from a double crochet stitch + 1 chain stitch in every second loop of the previous row.

3. Third row - shuttlecocks. Four double crochets along a wavy line (see diagram).
Do not forget ! that we are working on the front side taking into account the lapel.

In each row we must go up one row. To do this, if in knitting there is a sc, then we do 1 ch on the rise. If CCH, then do 3 VPs on the rise.
Row 1. Cast on 15 VP (12 +3 for rise)

In the fourth loop from the end we make 5 dcs.

Then we knit 1 dc in every 10 stitches. In the last loop we make 6 dcs,

the next 10 loops are 1 dc each. We connect with a connecting loop.

Row 2. Make *2 dc with one base. We repeat this the next 6 times. Next 10 dc *. Repeat from *. Connect.

Row 3. Make *2 dc with one base +1 dc. We repeat this 6 times. Next, 10 dc* on the other side. Repeat from *. Let's connect.

Row 4. Make *2 dc with one base +2 dc. We repeat this 6 times. Next, 10 dc* on the other side. Repeat from *. Let's connect.

According to my measurements, 4 rows are enough. It turns out 10 cm. If the child’s foot is larger, we knit another row according to pattern 1.

Ruffle pattern for booties:

Row 5. Make 3 dc with one base + 1 sc through one loop.

We knit to the end of the row, make the last 2 dcs into the loop of the base of the rise and connect. The bottom ruffles are ready.

Row 6. (intermediate). Using a purple thread, insert a hook, as if wrapping a column around it, and make 1DC.

Scheme 3

We knit the same number of dcs as in the fourth row.
We also repeat rows 7 and 8.

Row 9. Pattern 4.

Scheme 4

We knit a sock. Insert the thread in the middle of the bootie.

and knit *2 DC with one vertex + 2DC*. Repeat from *. So we knit to the middle of the booties on the other side.
Row 10. Knit *2 DC with one vertex + 1 DC*. Repeat from *.

Row 11. Make 2 dcs with one vertex to the end of the row.

Row 12. Connect all the columns. We make unfinished CCHs,

then we connect them with VP.

Row 13. Break off the pink thread and insert it from the center of the sock.

We knit 1 dc in each loop until the end of the row.
Row 14. Cast on 5 VP and 1 DC through one loop. Next we make *2 VP and 1 DC through one loop *. Repeat from *. Let's connect.

Row 15 and 16. We knit 1 dc in each loop.

Row 17. Make 4 ch and 1 dc through one loop. *1 VP + 1 dc through one loop *. Repeat from *. Connect.

Row 18. We knit ruffles according to pattern 2

Row 19. We tie the ruffles. We draw in a purple thread and make 1 ch + 1 sc + “picot” from 2 loops. Then *2 sc, 1 sc extended into row 17, + 2 sc + picot*. Repeat from *. We also tie the ruffles on the foot of the girls’ booties.

We stretch a pink or purple 5 mm ribbon into the bottom row of squares. If desired, you can sew a flower on the middle of the bootie.

Crocheted booties for girls are ready! I hope that these diagrams and descriptions will help beginning craftswomen knit beautiful booties with ruffles. Wear them with pleasure!

The booties are crocheted from IRIS, hook No. 1,3.
It is advisable to knit tighter, or take a smaller hook,
for example No. 1-1,1
The sole length of the bootie is 10 cm,
Accordingly, the booties are designed for a baby
at the age of 3-5 months.
We start knitting from the sole. We knit according to the pattern.

We tie the sole according to the binding pattern.

Next row is double crochet, insert a hook, as if clasping the column at the bottom
(we knit in the columns of the last row, the one before the binding)

We continue to knit according to the pattern.

We take an additional thread, attach it and
we knit the toe, decreasing according to the pattern.

We connect the remaining loops with a single crochet on the wrong side. We break the thread.

Next we knit the boot with the main thread.
We knit the boot in a circle with double crochets, with the exception of the second row of the boot, which we knit in st. with a double crochet through one in. p. to insert a ribbon. The height of the boot is 5 rows.

We knit ruffles after the third row of the boot.

We tie the top edge according to the binding pattern. All.
